Planting cedar trees

At Beity, we believe that every initiative led by women holds the power to inspire change and leave a lasting impact.

This week, we had the honor of hosting a remarkable group of Lebanese women active in politics, who came together not only to discuss visions for the future, but also to take action — by planting cedar trees in 3youn El Simen.

With each cedar planted, they contributed to the continuation of the “One Million Cedar Trees” initiative, symbolizing resilience, unity, and the deep roots of Lebanon’s identity. The act of planting was more than symbolic; it was a statement of commitment to our land, to the environment, and to the generations to come.

Through this gesture, these women reminded us that politics can grow from the ground up — rooted in values of sustainability, collaboration, and hope. Together, they showed that leadership is not only about words, but also about actions that leave a legacy for tomorrow.
